Health & Safety

Health & Safety in light of the Covid-19 pandemic

The health and safety of our delegates, speakers and sponsors is our top priority as we plan the gathering of our industry leaders. We want to give our delegation peace-of-mind so you can focus on getting on with taking full advantage of this conference—networking, sharing, discussing and learning.

We believe that being together is important to enhance the personal connections and discussions which are so critical to our personal, corporate and industry growth. Currency Research (CR) will do our utmost to mitigate any health risks that our coming together may pose.

With this in mind, CR is committed to implementing conscious and intentional processes to not only combat the Covid-19 virus but to promote healthy best practices.

  • We are ensuring that the Hotel is implementing and conforming to new Hotel Industry accepted cleaning and sanitizing protocols which will protect all guests in their hotel and throughout our conference gathering.
  • We are listening to the advise of World Health Organizations and other local health officials as they provide guidance and best-practice on safe gatherings of people and implement accordingly.
  • We are working closely with hotel management to understand and plan for standard guidelines and protocols for safe conference gatherings.
    • We will be communicating with our delegates as we get closer to the conference on what you can expect as far as safety measures on-site. These MAY include:
      • Temperature Checks conducted by the hotel upon entering the hotel
      • Cloth Masks may be required to be worn by delegates and will be provided to all delegates, if required
      • Glove and hand sanitizer stations will be available throughout the event
      • Combined indoor/outdoor spaces will be used as much as possible
      • F&B will be provided in a no-contact way, ie no self-serve buffets
      • We will consider and implement effective social distancing measures as may be required during conference time.

We will update this page as more information is learned and as planning progresses. Also please look out for your “Know Before You Go” email closer to conference time with details of safety protocols that will be in place on-site and requirements of our delegates to ensure the health safety of everyone around them.

Thank you for your patience and cooperation as we plan for a safe and healthy environment for us to meet together.
